Shipping and Handling

1. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • We understand that everyone who orders from us is eager to receive their Mannash products as soon as possible and we do our best to make this happen.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. For orders within Bangalore, we process and ship orders within 24 hours. And products will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-7 business days. Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.
  • We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
  • If you'd like to request a specific delivery time, please email us at contactus@mannash.in or Call/Whatsapp us at 9451284217. Once an order is shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order. 

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping across the country for all Prepaid orders.
  • A Charge of Rs. 80 is chargeable on all Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.

3. Shipping Partners

  • We use Bluedart, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Speedpost for all domestic PIN Codes and Domestic shipping is free for all prepaid orders. You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number.
  • A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID and link will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use the ID to track your order by visiting on the link sent to you. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.

4. Will someone call me before delivering the shipment?

  • While we cannot provide any guarantees on behalf of third party logistics firms, we will send you an email and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We will also constantly follow up on your behalf with the logistics firms towards ensuring that your item is delivered to you at the earliest. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are facing any issues with the receipt of your parcel.

5. Payment Method

  • You can pay via all major international VISA, AMEX, or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout.
  • We also accept Cash On Delivery payment option to all domestic orders for deliveries within India. 
  • Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase

6. Exchanges & Return Shipments

  • Customised orders and items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
  • A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
  • For exchanges beyond, a Credit Coupon with Rs.150/- (reverse shipping charges) being deducted from the latest order value will be issued once the shipment reaches back to our warehouse and is approved by the quality check team.
