Return Policy: The Fine Print (Because We Love Fine Print)
Greetings! We're thrilled to have you as part of the Mannash family. However, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Don't worry, we won't hold it against you. Here's what you need to know about our return policy:
- Time is of the essence: You have 7 days from the day of delivery to initiate a return. Don't procrastinate - we know you're busy, but we want to make sure we have plenty of time to process your return.
- Keep it clean: We only accept returns for products that are unused and unworn, with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. We don't want any surprises when we open up your return box.
- Mistakes happen: If we mess up and send you the wrong product or something arrives damaged, don't fret! We'll take immediate action to help resolve the issue. Just let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make it right.

It's quick and easy, we promise! Once your return is accepted, place a fresh order for the alternate product to expedite the exchange process.
- Refunds: We provide refunds in case of damage or wrong products being delivered. In all other cases, we'll issue a store credit with Rs. 150 being deducted for reverse delivery from the original order value.
- Please note, any charges for gift wrap or forward delivery are not refundable. You're stuck with the memories of the joy they brought.
