- 🏷️All original tags still attached
- 🎁Original packaging intact
- ❌Items marked as Final Sale or bought on clearance
- 🧵Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Got the wrong item or something arrived damaged?
Our bad, entirely. If we sent the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, let us know as soon as you can — we'll sort it out with a full refund, no deductions, no questions.
Returns & Exchanges
When initiating a request via Return Prime, you can choose to either return the item for a refund or exchange it for something else. Pick whichever works best for you — we'll take it from there.
Refund method & timing
Your refund goes back to the original payment source — card, UPI, wallet, whatever you paid with. Allow 5–7 business days after we've received and inspected the item.
One thing to note
Gift wrap charges and forward delivery costs are non-refundable — those are fulfilled at the time of dispatch and can't be reversed.
