Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across India. Simply add items to your cart, choose COD at checkout, and pay when your order arrives at your door. No card or online payment required — we made it easy for you.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them — before they are dispatched from our warehouse. WhatsApp us immediately at +91 94512 84217 with your order number. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it after delivery.

Delivery

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai typically receive orders within 3–4 days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email as soon as your order is dispatched.

We deliver to 25,000+ pincodes across India. You can check delivery availability for your specific pincode directly on any product page before ordering. If your pincode is not currently serviceable, WhatsApp us and we will try our best to help with an alternative arrangement.

Once your order ships, you will receive an SMS and email with a live tracking link. You can also log into your Mannash account and view real-time status under "My Orders." If you placed the order without an account, the tracking link in your confirmation email is all you need.

If your package shows visible external damage at delivery, please do not accept it. If you notice damage after opening, take a short video or photo and WhatsApp it to us within 48 hours of delivery — we will arrange a free replacement. For orders that appear stuck or lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the courier immediately.

Products & Quality

Yes. All Mannash jewellery is crafted from 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver alloyed with copper for strength and durability. It is the same grade used in fine jewellery worldwide and is hallmarked for authenticity. You are buying real silver, not plated alloy.

All three are 925 sterling silver at the core — the difference is the colour finish. Silver is the natural, classic look. Gold Plated has a warm yellow gold coating over the silver. Rose Gold has a soft pinkish-gold coating that is very popular for everyday wear. All three are crafted to the same quality standard.

Sterling silver can develop a light tarnish over time — this is completely normal and is actually a sign of real silver. The good news: it is very easy to remove. A gentle buff with your Mannash polishing cloth restores the shine in seconds. Storing pieces in the zip-lock bag between wears significantly slows down tarnishing.

Our 925 sterling silver jewellery is generally well-tolerated by most people, including those with sensitive skin. If you have a known nickel allergy, pure silver pieces are a safer choice as they minimise reactive metal content. Returns & Exchange

We offer easy returns within 7 days of delivery for items in their original condition with all original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging are not eligible. Visit our Return Policy page for full details or WhatsApp us to get started.

The fastest way is to WhatsApp us at +91 94512 84217 with your order number and reason for return. You can also use the Returns portal linked in your order confirmation email. We arrange a doorstep pickup — you do not need to visit any courier office. The whole process is handled by us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. For online payments, the amount reflects in your original payment method within 7–10 business days depending on your bank. For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer to your account.

Yes! Exchanges for a different size or style are welcome within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Just WhatsApp us with your order details and what you would like instead — we will sort it out quickly. If the new item has a different price, we will adjust the difference with you.

Jewellery Care

Use your Mannash polishing cloth — it comes free with every order. A few gentle strokes removes tarnish and restores shine instantly. For stubborn tarnish, a tiny drop of mild liquid soap in warm water works well — rinse thoroughly and pat completely dry. Avoid toothpaste, lemon juice, or harsh household cleaners as they can scratch the finish.

Every Mannash order includes our free Care Kit with two essentials: a soft polishing cloth for cleaning tarnish and restoring shine, and a zip-lock storage bag to keep air and moisture away when not wearing your jewellery. Together, these two things will keep your jewellery looking new for much longer.

Three simple habits make the biggest difference: (1) Put your jewellery on after applying perfume, lotion, or hairspray — not before. (2) Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, or vigorous exercise. (3) Store each piece in the zip-lock bag when not wearing it. Keeping air and moisture out is the single most effective thing you can do.

We recommend removing your jewellery before bathing or swimming. Chlorine in pools, salt in seawater, and chemicals in soap and shampoo can accelerate tarnishing and affect the finish over time. A quick splash during handwashing is generally fine — just pat dry immediately. Your jewellery will thank you for the small habit of removing it first.

For long-term storage, seal each piece individually in its zip-lock bag and keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or humidity. Avoid storing jewellery loose in a pile — pieces can scratch each other. If you have a jewellery box, placing the zip-locked pieces inside gives you the best of both worlds.
